GENERAL PRINTING CONDITIONS

1.1 Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

1.2 Any modification will have contractual value after written acceptance by OXXO SRL.

2.1 Delivered goods remain the property of OXXO SRL until full payment.

3.1 Invoices are payable in cash at the headquarters of OXXO SRL.

3.2 Any unpaid invoice will be increased by a flat indemnity and late payment interests.

4.1 Delivery times are given as an indication.

4.4 Packaging and transport costs are borne by the customer.

5.1 In case of cancellation, a flat-rate indemnity of 20% is due.

6.1 Complaints must be brought to the attention of OXXO SRL in writing.

6.4 OXXO SRL is exempt from responsibility if the client has signed a "good for print" proof.

7.1 The originals provided by OXXO SRL remain its exclusive property.

8.1 Disputes are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brussels. Only Belgian law governs the facts.

Due to the personalized nature of the product, no return can be made once the order is processed.

Oxxo will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer.
